01 — Roots · Access
It starts below the surface.
Before anyone sees a price, they register with your business and you approve them. Access is the root system everything else draws from.
A shared foundation
An ecosystem where every business has room to grow.
B2B sales for commodity businesses:a price list only approved buyers can open, a price for every customer level, every order in one place
01 — Roots · Access
Before anyone sees a price, they register with your business and you approve them. Access is the root system everything else draws from.
02 — Trunk · Shared foundation
Tamin is the trunk: one platform where your products and prices live online. Update a price once, and every approved buyer sees the current list.
03 — Branches · Independent businesses
Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and shops share one foundation, yet each grows its own way: its own link, its own catalog, its own customers.
04 — Leaves · Customer levels
Group buyers into levels such as wholesale, partner or volume. Everyone opens the same list, and each sees only the prices set for their level.
05 — Fruit · Orders
Buyers order online with exact items and quantities. You receive and track every order in one place, and each customer’s history stays with your business.
06 — Canopy · Ecosystem
Bring your business to Tamin. New businesses get their first month of Pro free.
07 — Sound familiar?
Calls, chats and PDF price lists work — until customers and products multiply.
01
Old price lists keep circulating
After every change, the previous image or PDF stays in chats and gets forwarded. Buyers decide on stale numbers.
02
No control over who sees which price
Approved buyers only, or a different price per customer — a file passed around a messenger can hold neither line.
03
The phone never stops
Today’s price, stock, specs: the sales team spends the day answering the same questions.
04
Orders written down wrong
Taken by call or message, the item, quantity or price slips. A wrong cement grade becomes a dispute, with no clear record of what was agreed.
08 — Capabilities
The tree covered access, levels and orders. These are the everyday capabilities that sit around them — messaging, insights, documents and more.

11 — FAQ
No. It is built for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and shops — including those that mostly sell through direct contact.
Yes. Limiting who can open the list does not stop someone who is allowed in from copying or forwarding what they see. It does mean you no longer send a price file to everyone.
Not to get started. Your Tamin business page and link present your products and give approved buyers access.
Only what you publish. The price list can stay limited to approved buyers; everything else follows your publish settings.
There is more than one plan. Prices and a comparison are published when signup opens; until then, the pricing page describes the Pro trial.
What the subscription becomes, and any price that applies, is stated at signup before you confirm. Nothing is charged before that.
